Headache Pain
If your headaches keep coming back, there’s usually more going on than stress or dehydration. Most of the time, it starts i n your neck and shoulders muscles.
Physical therapy helps by releasing that tension and restoring balance in your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Once those muscles relax and move the way they’re supposed to, your headaches stop showing up as often and when they do, they’re far less intense.

How Treatment Works:
You’ll start with a full exam so we can find what’s actually triggering the pain. Then we’ll use gentle manual therapy to release tight muscles, improve neck mobility, and calm irritated nerves. You’ll also learn simple posture and mobility exercises to help keep the pain from coming back.
By the time you leave your first few sessions, you’ll start noticing the difference.
